Apex Cycle Service LLC (“Apex”, “we”, “us”) operates https://apexcycleservice.net. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the site and to the product text-message program described on the updates page.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. If you use the updates page, we receive the mobile number you enter and your SMS consent status.

Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard request data — such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and diagnose errors. We do not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for or store Social Security numbers, dates of birth, identity documents, passwords or employer identification numbers. Do not send those to us through the site or by email.

How we use information

To reply to an inquiry you send through the contact form.
To operate the product text program you opted into, including marketing and promotional product updates, feature announcements, new report formats, educational notes and occasional offers.
To protect the site, prevent abuse and fix errors.
To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers and SMS consent, with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Text messages

We send text messages only to people who opt in on our updates page. The program is marketing and promotional: product feature announcements, workflow guides for reading public filings, new report-format releases, educational notes about public filings, and occasional product offers. We do not send individual securities, trade calls, target prices or performance claims by text.

Your choices

Text messages. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or UNSUB to any message. You can also reply HELP for help.
Contact records. Email contact@apexcycleservice.net to ask for a copy or deletion of the contact message you sent.
Cookies. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

Retention and security

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer them and maintain a record of the request. We keep SMS consent records for as long as needed to evidence consent and honor opt-outs. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise that a breach will never occur.

Children

The site and the text program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described on this page before they take effect.
